I ordered an insulin pump with a three month return policy, within 3 days the pump arrived. After a month of trial I did not feel comfortable keeping the pump and therefore informed Medtronics by numerous emails and phone calls that I no longer want to keep the pump. They assured me that they are sending return packaging so I can return the pump within a couple of days, it has been over a month... Read more

I just started using the Minimed 530G. I've never been on a pump before and I was concerned about the monthly cost for supplies, etc. I spoke to someone in the financial department before I even agreed to order the pump. I was told that my insurance is covering the pump, sensor, supplies, and everything involved at 100%. I distinctly told the lady that I needed to know for sure how much out... Read more

I had the Interstem placed October of 2013. I had it removed in November of 2013. I previously saw several doctors regarding my bladder control. The last Doctor that I saw told me that the Interstem would fix all of my troubles and that is ultimately my last option. I was very hesitant and told him I needed to discuss it with my family. The next time that I came to his office, he had a drug rep... Read more

When I called to order my daughter's insulin pump supplies (MiniMed), I was told I had a financial hold on my account and couldn't order supplies. It would have been nice if SOMEONE from Medtronic's billing department would have reached out to me about this. They said statements had been mailed to my address, however they had some bizarre address on file that wasn't mine. So I... Read more

Medtronic sent us the wrong supplies so needing the correct supplies we called them right away. Medtronics said they would send the correct supplies and to toss the wrong shipment ( we've kept- still in our pantry ) We received a bill for the incorrect supplies so we called and offered to send them back, they said "no there must've been a mix up disregard the bill - it's been taken care of." Few... Read more

Huh? At the get go about a year ago i did experience quick call times and helpful people. The people are always helpful and nice. That's not the issue. God help you if you ever have to call on a Monday. I called with the simplest issue and was on hold for 20 minutes and then asked to call back another day when it's less busy. Medtronic, this is not legendary by a long shot. I am now traumatized... Read more

I just recently received my first insulin pump from Medtronic. I went with the Minimed 530G with Enlite. Prior to purchasing the pump, sensors, and supplies, I was quoted a total out of pocket cost of less than 700.00. Now these JERKS are billing me for more than 1150.00 and there may be more before it's all said and done. I have all of this in writing and Medtronic is basically trying to... Read more

I needed an insulin pump due to out of control diabetes and increasing additional health problems associated with Diabetes and increased blood glucose. I researched several companies and had Medtronic quote me that my ongoing supplies would be 156.00 per every 3 months. I was able to afford 50.00 in my budget monthly and went ahead with Medtronic for this service. I received my first shipment... Read more

They refuse to do anything for me, they treat me terribly, they fight with my insurance, impossible for my doctor to get a hold of them. I can't log on to their website to manage my billing, trainging, emailling, and their phone service cannot help me. AVOID MINIMED! Takes weeks to get supplies quite often. I am considering changing to another insulin pump company. I try to email them using... Read more
