Very poor customer service. It appears you are dealing with the telephone company. Many of the support reps appear unqualified and they are not able to give confident direction. The government should definitely investigate this company.

I made an order Friday July 1st. I was waiting for my delivery. I called again. I was told that my order had been cancelled. This was news to me since I had't cancelled it and received no notice. I let the customer service rep know that I was running out. I received an emergency 2 pack of each (resiviors and sets.). That was on Saturday July 16th. Terrible and stressful. I had rather *** on an electric fence than deal with Medtronic. I have been a customer for 5 years and reordering supplies is still a hassle. It is ridiculous.

Incompetent physician customer "service" representatives. Took 2 weeks to get sent the wrong form for ordering iPro2 at the wrong price. Finally received the right form. Consistently poor communication. Invoice has no way to pay by credit. Unclear instructions. Promised 1 day delivery - didn't get it. I shudder to think how they treat patients or if they know what they are doing at all.

I've had the Minimed 530g system for 2 years. I still ask myself why I bought it in the first place. The pump works great, but the CGM is horrible. One of their competitors has realeased a pump that uses a Dexcom CGM. It has got to be a much better system. Be careful about signing patient consent form. You are forfeiting your privacy rights for 10 years! They use an iPad to sign and never supply a copy to you. This form also allows them to sell your information to third party marketing agencies.

Mwdtronic is absolutely terrible about their supply orders. I run out of supplies EVERY single time that I have to reorder. Yes, I allow the proper amount of time that they tell me to give them but still don't get the products. When I call to complain, they always make an excuse an ship the items out the same day. My husband was recommended by his endocrinologist to use this insulin pump. The pump is fine (though hard to read for him as another poster said). What is really poor is their billing service. They send you bills that don't make any sense. When you look on the bill to see if they've received your payments, they don't show. I know we've made payments. After many issues with the 530g, and a few serious issues when the CGM gave me inaccurate readings, and DID NOT ALERT me to a low of 29, or high's over 400, I can not depend on the 530g System. After speaking to a CS Rep I was told that maybe I had been using outdated insulin, that I may have over extended the sensor beyond the 5 days, or my infusion sight was the issue.
