Normally hold times are an acceptable amount of time however I've been on hold for over 45 minutes on my house phone and made another call on my cell with crappy reception explaining my situation however I was on hold with them as well. Unacceptable.

Customer service at Medtronics is terrible. You can absolutely count on being on hold for like three times. Today I was 28 minutes on hold trying to get hold of somebody. Then I was transferred and on hold another 20+ minutes when I was disconnected. I called again and after 20 minutes on hold I hung up without my concern being dealt with. This is typical for Medtronics
