Medtronic - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET
I am having a slight emergency with my insulin pump/sensor (nothing to warrant going to a hospital, they're just not working). I have called 13 phone numbers and NO ONE will answer the phone.
When I finally get through to someone, they tell me that they have NO IDEA what phone number I need to call to get help with my pump/sensor. I call the "Helpline" and am on hold for over 10 minutes before someone answers. When someone finally answers, they TRANSFER me to someone else. This is truly the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life (I promise that this is not an exaggeration).
They are disorganized and untrained. DO NOT GET A PRODUCT WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $9000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Medtronic Pros: Insulin pump when it works.
