I have been fighting with Medtronic since I got my pump late last year (late november). During this time I have had to get my insurance to communicate with them on my behalf several times.

Due to the fact they refuse to request a copy of the approval letter for my sensors. In addition, they will directly in front of and speaking to the insurance agent/advocate lie. Was told product was shipped to me on March 1st after ordering in mid February. Call on March 9 with insurance rep on line with me.

We're told was being shipped overnight, w/ delivery to worksite so could receive.. never received. Was never shipped. Now out of product/treatment for 1 week due to company Idiocracy.

They give lip service and then nothing else. If have a choice with your insurance.

GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sort of resolved. Got items but had to actually bring in representative of insurance on a 3 way call. And they still lied to them.
