Medtronic - 670g auto mode will kill you

Auto mode has too much control for a 50% accurate formula at best. 130 with three arrows down on a run and the pump decides to deliver insulin... *** your stupid state of the art technology. Youd think after it asks for 8 consecutive sugars it would be at least kind of close. Its a good pump and im really jusy frustrated with never ending lows but as an athlete i would never reccomemd this pump to anyone.

Medtronic Minimed makes insulin pumps for those of us with Type 1 diabetes. I was prescribed an insulin pump in 1996 and was satisfied until I had to purchase a replacement pump after the warranty ran out and the pump failed in 2001. It cost me over $5000 and took two...

Medtronic - My device is not working , I have a neurostimulator for chronic pain.

My device is not working. It stopped working yesterday. I guess it’s because I have not been using it quite a while.

Medtronic - Consumer

I have been a diabetic for 15 years and have bought 3 insulin pumps from Medtronic. At first this was a good company you could talk to a real person and have comfort and support from them. Now they don’t care at all. You can’t talk to a real person anymore, there automatic ordering is a joke this will be the last pump I will be buying from them

I called in October to place my usual 3 month supply order for my insulin pump. Received 3 months supply of 1 item and 1 month supply of the second item. I called to report I was missing 2 boxes of said item. I was told they were on backorder. I waited a few more weeks...

Medtronic - Response to complaint

I wrote a previous complaint about needing a holster for the 630 and 670 pump. I heard nothing from medtronics so I wrote another complaint to them on 12/16/2018 on their site. The next day I received a call from Rebecca from customer service. She said they would send me a new belt clip they have . I received it the next day. It is a vinyl and clear plastic case with a belt clip. It works better but is still not what I want. I gave then 2 weeks to research and respond to my complaint. As of today,01/01/2019 I have heard nothing . In a few days I will write another complaint.

Medtronic - They keep billing me for nothing and won’t send my supplies

Buy from another company it’s been seven months of me having Medicaid and they paid 100% for everything but somehow I owe Medtronic 785 even though they won’t ship anything unless insurance pays for it first so I’m trying to figure out how I owe money they say it’s a mistake every month and fix it for it to reappear they don’t even send my supplies it’s been two months I’m going to die

My 530 Paradigm pump failed raising my A1C by 1.3 points. When I called to get a replacement pump I was provided the huge one that holds 3.8 unit of insulin. This was heavy and very uncomfortable as I wear it on my bra. After waiting over 50 minutes & being transferred...

The Medtronic 670G pump is a complete disaster. Basically if you do not want to do anything else but manage your pump 23 of 24 hours a day with constant alarms, no sleep, constant BG reading requirements, and constant insulin flow blockages then this pump is for you. I...
