The easiest part was the purchase. Once they had us with a signed contract, they disappeared. We received supplies for 3 months, but nobody made contact for 2.5 weeks. They only called after I complained. The MD who said it was the best suddenly had nothing to do with the pump.

We have had the pump replaced 3 times, the alarm didn't go off and when my son tested before dinner he was 437!

They take NO responsibility for their product.

I love the IDEA of the pump but we are going to omnipod; we should have from the start!

Alebra2 wrote the review because of bad quality at Medtronic. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1000 and wants Medtronic to issue a full refund.
